A TV documentary by NDR about Jan Silberstorff's early training path in China with Master Shen Xijing, Huizhang Ren Farong and later with Grand Master Chen Xiaowang in the early 1990s.

With beautiful photos from Chenjiagou, the Louguantai Temple, where Laozi left his Daodejing and the Shaolin Monastery. With a challenge fight at the end in Chenjiagou.
