Learning how to interpret texts is important for understanding and reflecting on what is read. It prepares the possibilities for a dialogue about each student's reading experience and opens up different perspectives. 

70% of the children and young people in our project in Brazil cannot read and write properly. We try to bridge these hurdles through targeted teaching models to compensate for the shortcomings in the education system and provide the children with a dignified future.
