Currently, 75% of 140 enrolled pupils are not literate or have inadequate reading and writing skills. This means that 80% of children (aged between 5 and 10) and 70% of young people (aged between 11 and 17) enrolled in 2023 will not be able to read and write adequately.
To address this problem, the association has taken on two dedicated interns who, as prospective education students, are supporting the programme to promote literacy and reading skills. They work closely with our teachers.
These trainee teachers use innovative, active teaching methods such as educational games, storytelling and creative activities to make the learning process more lively and effective.
Welcome to our project, Cristiana and Livia.
