Introduction to Taijiquan (Tai Chi)

For those who have been doing Taijiquan for a long time, a thorough practical introduction, wanting to get a taste of a different style or simply want a refresher:

Perhaps the best-known Taiji master in the West teaches the basics of Taijiquan according to the traditional practice method of Grandmaster Chen Xiaowang, the official 'Taiji Treasury' of the People's Republic of China and today's main representative of the original Taijiquan.

From the comfort of your own home, follow his western master student Jan Silberstorff after a short historical and, in the truest sense of the word, fundamental introduction to standing meditation, the basic exercises (silk exercise-Qigong) and the beginning of the Taiji form.

Everything is explained competently and comprehensibly and instructed to practice. After that, each participant is corrected personally and can ask questions.

All participants can then, if they wish, continue their education in local face-to-face courses or online and gradually learn the entire system.

The webinar video recording will be made available to attendees for 14 days after the live event. Each participant agrees to the publication of the webinar as a video.
