Our pupils at the ‘Kids’ Judo Festival’

Our young judokas shone at the Kids’ Judo Festival!

Pupils from the NGO Ilha das Crianças took part in the Kids’ Judo Festival, held in Santo Antônio de Jesus (BA), enjoying a day full of learning, challenges, achievements and lots of fun.

More than just a sporting event, the Kids’ Festival is an opportunity to reinforce the values that lie at the heart of judo, such as respect, discipline, perseverance, friendship and overcoming challenges. Every time they take part, it contributes to our children’s physical, emotional and social development, boosting their self-esteem and showing that sport is a path to transformation and inclusion.

Seeing our pupils representing the NGO with such dedication and enthusiasm is a source of great pride. Every medal won symbolises the effort, courage and commitment of each athlete to give their very best.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to ASSAMACA for the vital support that makes moments like this possible; to Sensei Gal for her commitment, dedication and for guiding our athletes with excellence; and to Professor Maria Brito for her kindness, encouragement and support throughout this journey.

Congratulations to all our judokas! You have done the Ilha das Crianças proud and shown that sport transforms lives, creates opportunities and shapes citizens for the future.
