From the beginning of 2021 to the end of 2023, Jan Silberstorff will be teaching the 43 different figures of the 1st Form of the Ancient Framework in a series of live webinars. A webinar lasting at least two hours was held for each figure.
The webinar series is dedicated to those who want to deepen their knowledge and skills in this form at a high level. It also offers beginners the opportunity to relearn the form in combination with reworking the lessons on Vimeo.
